Do you charge for updates and adjustments?
(Cloud) No, on the cloud version of our solution we do not charge for additional updates and adjustments most of the times as its part of our continuous value delivery policy
(On-Prem Plan) On the on-prem version, under certain conditions we may charge additional costs on major updates that require tweaking according to your specific use-case. Unlike the cloud version, the on-prem is not directly connected to our CI/CD environment which means transition to a major update without losing your past data may require specific hotfixes
What are the tech requirements?
(Cloud) You only need devices with access to the internet (our app can also be installed if native functionality is required), on the relevant sections of your business. You do not need to worry about servers or infrastructure besides your own access points
